You have 14 days to cancel the order from the day you receive the goods. If you regret your purchase, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days after the day you received the goods. You are required to return the item in the same condition and quantity as it was received, this is also valid for the packaging and info signs that are on the product. You will bear the costs associated with returning the product. You can cancel a purchase by either refusing to accept it, by transferring the goods to the postal service or by returning the goods to THE WORLD D&C, Søndersøvej, 2820 Gentofte. We deposit the amount in your account within 30 days from we receive your returned items. Please enclose a copy of your invoice so that we can identify you in our system.
You can use one of the following credit cards: Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro, MasterCard and JCB. The payment is made via Quickpay. It is safe to shop on the internet because you are secured in relation to any misuse of your credit card. Therefore, there is no deductible for misuse of credit cards over the Internet. The amount raised will not be charged your credit card until we have packed and shipped your order from our warehouse in Gentofte. Once you have confirmed your order, you will receive an email from us with a confirmation. Remember to verify that the confirmation is in accordance with your order. Shipping and Handling
Your items are sent by Post Danmark 1-2 business days after we have received your order. For orders inside DK you pay DKK 49,00 in freight. For orders to countries outside DK, you pay DKK 99,00. If an item is out of stock it may take up to 10 days, you will of course be made aware of this. Once we have packed your order and shipped it, you receive your invoice by mail - then you know the goods is on the way. We send all orders by ordinary mail with Post Danmark - it goes faster, and often, your package could come directly in your mailbox. If the freight company cannot deliver your items, you will be notified by the company. The freight is fixed regardless of how many items you purchase. If you buy more than DKK 700,00 we ship freight free for shipping in Denmark. The freight will be added to your order in the Shopping Cart.
